Wise Up is a programme for teenage girls, providing an opportunity for discussion, questions and information on a wide range of topics relevant to teenagers today. The resource pack promotes the value of living a healthy lifestyle and equips participants to make informed and wise decisions as they grow older.

The Wise Up programme is based on a Christian foundation, and promotes biblical truths and values. However, sessions can be adapted for work in both secular and Christian settings – making them suitable for groups of girls meeting in schools, youth clubs and churches.
